This charming spacious cottage is located on large property surrounded by woods on the river bank. Has a luxury of a private sandy beach during summer (beach can be accessed only by the guests staying at the cottage) on its property for the guests to enjoy.
Enjoy a new large (6 people) SPA and Sauna (8 people) located outside by the fire pit with a view of the forest!
The main floor holds all the necessarily accommodations for guests to gather: living room has a cozy sitting area next to wood fireplace (sofa is a great quality Queen sofa bed, Italian made), spacious fully equipped (with all necessary pottery, dish wear and Nespresso machine) kitchen with an island and bar stools, large dining table, a sunny veranda surrounded by windows for relaxation and games, and a full bathroom with shower. 2nd floor is a large mezzanine with a bedroom (2 single beds) and a powder room. Three more bedrooms are located on the lower floor: all bedrooms have queen bed and one of them has a bunk bed as well. The cottage comfortably sleeps 12 people.
The cottage comes with a BBQ outside and a fire pit with 4 Adirondack (mascotas) chairs.
As well as 2 one-person KAYAKS for the guests to use on the river.
NOTE: due to natural fluctuation of river depth the private beach can be enjoyed typically from June to the end of September. The river water level changes depending on the amount of precipitation, therefore fully exposed sandy beach cannot be guaranteed, since it’s weather dependent.
The river can be accessed year round.
